Having been a smoker for over thirty years I eventually managed to stop smoking using this easy to follow method. I managed to quit over seven years ago and have never looked back. I have been contemplating writing this e-book for many years after having successfully helped a number of friends and colleagues through the tough times of withdrawal. The need to share this technique further has been the driving force behind finally putting this ebook together and giving you a chance to stop smoking too.
I have tried to keep this technique as easy to read and implement as possible as busy lives mean that most of you will be short of time and unable to commit to the usual 200 page tomes that line the bookshop shelves. This two stage method included here is a unique mix of techniques that have been successfully used in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) for many years. It is the combination of (1) relaxation to combat initial cravings and (2) boosted self awareness to enhance willpower that I found unbeatable in my struggle to quit for good.
It also contains my personal smoking history and some inspirational facts to show that no matter how long you have smoked, how many times you have failed to stop and how desperate you have become – you can quit. I stopped smoking – you can too!
